POOH's GRANOLA


We had to name it after Pooh Bear, because with its yummy honey taste we figured he must have loved to have it for breakfast too.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of oats

1/2 cup of ground hazelnuts

1/4 cups of ground almonds

1 cup of chopped hazelnuts

handful of chopped almonds

1 cup of coconut flakes
-
handful of flaxseeds

4 tblsp. coconut oil
-
4-5 tblsp. of honey
1. mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

2. In a pot, heat up the oil, and then add the honey. Mix together and pour the hot mixture over the dry ingredients.

3. Thoroughly mix it all together and then pour the granola mix on a lined casserole. Bake until golden brown, occasionally stirring the granola, so it's nice and crunchy throughout. bake it for approximately 20-30 minutes on 180 C.

4. Let it cool and keep it in an airtight container.

4. Serve with greek yogurt and some fresh berries, and some maple syrup. So delicious in the morning, and will give your day a sweet start.
