INGREDIENTS

  • 400g Feta

  • 50g parsley

  • 20g chives

  • 2 garlic clove

  • 2 tbsP olive oil

1. Cut the parsley and chives.

​

2. In a bowl, mash the feta and herbs. Press the garlic and add it to the ingredients. Add a little Salt and Pepper (season to taste)

3. Add the oil and mix everything well together.

METHOD

TOTAL TIME: 15 min

You can prepare this as a starter or just as a snack. It's fast and easy to prepare. We love to make it for our annual easter brunch but it is super good to take for a picnic as well. YUMMY!
