LEMON PASTA 

There is nothing better than some fresh lemon pasta during the summer. 

INGREDIENTS

1. Boil the water for the pasta and sprinkle some olive oil and add salt to it. cut the chicken breast into slices. season the chicken with salt and pepper. 

 

2. chop the mint and squeeze the lemon juice. 

 

3. cook the pasta to al dente.

 

4. In the meantime, sprinkle some olive oil in a pan and fry the sliced garlic toes for 1 min. add the chicken and fry it for about 10 mins. then, add the pine nuts to the pan. 

 

5. reduce the heat and add the lemon juice to the chicken and then the mint. 

 

6. sieve the pasta. add the pasta to the pan and mix well

 

voilà it's ready.

  • 250g linguine 

  • 350g chicken breast

  • 40g fresh mint

  • juice of 4 lemon

  • 2 garlic toes

  • 2 tbsp of pine nuts

  • olive oil

  • salt & pepper
