ORANGE SALAD
Ideal for hot summer days! The oranges give the salad a refreshing and light taste.

INGREDIENTS

4 oranges (use half of one orange for a tbsp of squeezed orange juice)

130g red lettuce

130g green lettuce

50g lamb's lettuce

50g Arugula

400g goat cheese
-
100g walnuts
-
3 tbsp lime vinegar
-
1 tsp honey
-
olive oil

salt
1. Peel the oranges and cut them into slices.

2. Wash the lettuce and arugula. Chop the green and red lettuce and add it to the rest of the salad. Add the walnuts and mix it.

3.Cut the goat cheese into approx. 1 cm slices
​
4. sprinkle some olive oil into a pan and fry the goat cheese on one side for ½ a minute (until golden brown).
​
5. Sprinkle some salt onto the salad. In a glass, add the lime vinegar, squeezed orange juice and the honey and stir it well.
​
6. Add the dressing to the salad and mix it all together. Then add the oranges. Finally on a big plate, prepare the salad and place the goat cheese on top.
